Lo Sang at Silver Jubilee Home

On the 20th of February, from 12 - 1 pm, a lo sang was held for the senior citizens in the Silver Jubilee Home for the Aged.

This event was generously put together and pulled through by a collaboration of Penang Passion, Pacific West and the Penang Chef Association.

The chefs prepared the Yee Sang for tossing, and Pacific West's frozen seafood products, such as Tempura Prawns and Tempura Fish Fillets, were added to the Yee Sang for that extra kick of flavor.
